Make a garden you can hold
A hands-on class where you build your own vivarium, a small self-sustaining world under glass, from moss, soil and plants gathered on the estate. You layer it from the ground up: drainage, substrate, moss, then the planting, arranged the way you want it. A cocktail or mocktail tasting runs alongside as you work. Then the table is laid, and at 13:30 you sit down to a tasting of the full Aperio menu.
