The experience

An evening built around a story

For one night, a single long table gathers around one story and the country it comes from. The menu follows the story, and the evening is cooked, set and told only once.

A guest curator from the country in focus joins the table — not to lecture, but to open the conversation. Context between courses, a reading you didn’t expect, the kind of talk that only happens when strangers eat slowly together. Ike, who founded Aperio, curates the evening.
