Lindah and Nyacomba — our experiences lead, and our facilitation partner from Free Minds — design and run the whole day around what you’re actually trying to move — using the experiences, the gardens and the hills as the material rather than the backdrop.
Free Minds have spent 10+ years running facilitated days like these for 200+ teams.
Does one of these sound like your team?
01
Team growth — never met properly
Your team has doubled and half of them have never met properly. We build the day around shared work rather than icebreakers — a foraging walk that forces people into unfamiliar pairs, a kitchen session where the group has to cook one meal together, and a long table where the seating plan does what a name badge can’t.
02
Merged teams
Two teams have merged and are still speaking different languages. A facilitated morning to surface what each side actually assumes, then an afternoon in the gardens and the picnic area with games built around trading information — the point being that the collaboration happens before anyone calls it collaboration.
03
Leadership gone quiet
Your leadership team has stopped disagreeing out loud. A small, private day. The Main House, a fire, and a session structured to make the difficult conversation the easy one. It’s remarkable what a walk with a horizon in front of it does to a conversation that’s been stuck in a boardroom for a quarter.
04
Burnout restoration
The year has been relentless and the team is running on empty. Less agenda, more restoration — a slow morning, the apothecary, a long lunch that isn’t rushed, and a closing session that sends people back with something they’ve decided rather than something they’ve been told.

03We design the day
You tell us the outcome. We design the day backwards from it — the experiences, the spaces, the food and the pacing all chosen to serve it.
